year 1900 CTD

Hi!

Victoria 1.04 + Rev = CTD during year 1900

I'm playing Germany and made nothing particular; the CTD does not happen during an event, nor a war or anything... just crash! :wacko:

any idea?

Is there an error message? If so, what is it?

Also, are you sure that you haven't editted any files??
