You are currently busy preparing for your liege's Tour (cannot access any activity)

Description​

Game says "You are currently busy preparing for your liege's Tour" locking you out of all activities (which is pretty significant cause activities are the whole point of this DLC). I am an Emperor with no liege so this is clearly a bug.

Steps to reproduce​

No idea I was an Emperor and my character died and was taken over by his heir now I'm locked out of all activities (you know the whole point of this $30 dollar DLC) so seems a pretty significant bug. Pretty annoying to have a 10-15 hour run just stopped in its tracks not being allowed to interact at all with the mechanic the $30 DLC enabled with nothing I can do about it in Ironman.

I have the same issue. I have vague memories that my character's father was on a tour and could not visit my current charcter becouse eh.. reasons. Perhaps my current character is still hoping his father is going to visit for the cultural tour?
 
I had the exact same issue and it happened exactly the same way. My character who's now passed away did a grand tour but cancelled some locations which had included a visit to the son's holdings. Then after he died my current character can't do any of the activities due to "you are currently busy preparing for your liege's Tour". Playing on ironman mode.

I am also experiencing this. My liege did go on tour and I was the last stop, he went through all the others and then the tour ended, however it still says "you are currently busy preparing for your liege's tour". I killed him, same message. I became independent, same message.

It's really annoying, but I'm hoping at least when my current character dies off the bug will go away. If not I will be a little disappointed but hopefully Paradox will get a fix for this as this is a very annoying bug and could ruin a playthrough. Like can't do any activity, borrow gold, or some decisions. So to drop off stress levels and gain prestige it can be quite challenging. Just have to grind the other mechanics to do so I guess. But really hope they fix this one soon as no doubt it will happen again haha.
 
I got this twice now with characters. It was always because my liege skipped my county during his trip after anouncing his arrival.
Most likely characters get a flag that can only be taken away by the event that happens when the liege visits. So if for some reason the tour skips the characters capital the flag stays forever.
 
Same bug as above. I think it also started after my playable character skipped the bugged character during the grand tour taxation event 'nobodys home'. I only noticed the bug after the bugged character became my playable character. Despite having no liege, all activities and holding court is unavailable reading 'currently busy preparing for you lieges tour' as mentioned above.

Ran it back to some older saves and it seems the bugged char was unable to take any activities since the tour - also revoked said char and regranted the title kept same issue. Giving the same title to someone else didn't cause any issues so I assume its contained to the bugged char and not the title/holding.

Thank you for your reports. We have this issue reported in our database from other Players reports.

I've added @Skype_of_Cthulhu save to that particular report. Unfortunately I cannot add the save from @Hexez as there is an info about missing mods (Community Flavor Pack specifically).
