Yes, but, firstly, this forum is full of flood, i suppose, it would be better to make a special thread only for ideas.
Secondly, Paradox can create a special competition for best idea ever created, that will encourage people to make realistic, transparent ideas, that can be really added to the game, but not impossible reveries like adding Vic2 Pop mechanic to the game.
