"Your Courtiers" Window Icon&Scrolbar Bug

Description​

In the "Your Courtiers" window, the icons are shifted to the right and the scrollbar is moved behind the main icons. This bug is in the German localization. In English, the window is as it should be.

Steps to reproduce​

Change the Game language to german > Start Game > open your courtiers
