The only suggestions or changes that I would make to cities: skylines are that there needs to be a multipurpose function in-game so that buildings and items can serve more than one purpose; for example allowing cemeteries to also serve as parks, universities to serve as libraries, train stations to serve as commercial centers, etc. Also there really needs to be a mixed-use zoning option specifically for high-density residential and commercial uses. I believe that the previous suggestions would not only make cities: skylines more fun but more realistic.

Yeah would love if airports / train / bus stations directly tax revenue from the goods they sell in stores in terminals instead of just being a big fat flat drain on cash.

Would be nice if highly used post offices generated profit instead of offering no real meaning benefit other than adding a ton of unnecessary traffic and a huge drain your budget for a minor unnecessary happiness boost.

Would also love to see a residential building with like a little convenience store shop on the bottom. Or like a small diner / bakery with residential apartments on top.

I really like the idea of a mixed use type zoning system. Thinking about how it could be implemented, I wonder if there should be either pre-build mixed use zone options in the zoning tab, or instead the option to custom build mixed use zones within the zoning tab to use.
