Another day another update! Today we're bringing you a minor patch aimed at a few balance changes as well as resolving some more stability and performance issues! For the full patchnotes, check the spoiler tag below!

- Flattened tank chassis IC cost, raising earlier chassis by 10-20%, up to no change at later chassis.
- Transport planes now cost fuel to run.
- Reduced truck damage from logistics strike mission by approx 30%, reduced train damage from logistics strike mission by approx 15%

##################################

- Fixed dynamic modifiers not returning localized keys when supplied
- set_nationality effect will no longer check if the character is 'available' in the target country before transferring them
- set_nationality on characters will no longer cause their owning country to reset to their original country on loading savegame. This addresses several CTDs and some unexpected behaviour

- Fixed OOS and other subtle issues caused by bad ordering of logistics stockpile in deployment logic
- Fixed CTD with mods that fire leaders without giving AI a proper 7 days notice period
- Liberal use of diplomatic_relation in script will not longer slowly corrupt memory, triggering random CTD and OOS

- Fixed CTD when clicking on provinces with no owner (mods only)

Being an ace means shooting down five other planes. Transport planes have no guns.
While true in game, not exactly true IRL.
The Ju 52/3m (Germany's most used Transport) was armed (at least the Military versions were), early versions had 2 defensive gun turrets. The g7e version had an MG 131 in a dorsal turret and 2 MG 15 in side mounts.
The Soviets used the Li-2 (a licensed version of the DC-3), and the Li-2K had a dorsal turret as well.
The Japanese Navy Showa/Nakajima L2D (another licensed version of the DC-3) had armed versions (L2D3a and L2D3a-L) similar to the Ju 42/3m.
At least some Italian SM.82 transports were armed (12.7mm dorsal turret plus 3 7.7mm in ventral and lateral mounts), but I'm not sure if it was just the German ones (SM.82LW, 200+) or all of them.

6th patch/hotfix in a row no fix for the "commander assignment in military staff/advisor/traits" game breaking bug. It is there since 1.11 came out in November. Plz help we need support. I cant play the game almost 3 months now.

Have they fixed the supply system yet? Or at least the river-related bugs? Is Arkhangel the most well-supplied area in the soviet union at game start still?

I'd like to see improvements to the AI regarding going to sea. It's the day of Barbarossa and AI Germany has 23 divisions in the sea sailing between Europe and Italian East Africa, including half their tank forces.

So... what's the word on Performance? Any real improvements since pre-NSB?
played yesterday as fascist France until 1948. Until 1946 on speed 3 to 5 the game was running more then fine (better than before NSB). After 1946 on speed 3 to 5 it was the same as I had pre-NSB. So to my believe for many people the performance will be the same or even better (test on version 1.11.6 and must say on 1.11.2 and below the performance wasn't that good. But it improved somewhere between 1.11.3 and 1.11.6)

So overal it's better. And for the bugs... well a lot of people complain. For me ... I just see one in a big run (10 hours) where I am not even sure it is a bug (supply issue or strange info)

Another quick note, ports are missing in the historic port settlements of Mersa Matruh, Gabes, and Huludao, which makes weird supply gaps for the UK, France and China/Japan.

Hmmm... very informative. Seems like there's some improvement, however not that much, sadly. Hope there is more in the future, this game needs serious performance improvements.

Is this still an issue? Was already there in 1.10 before NSB... hoped it was solved
 
Hmmm... very informative. Seems like there's some improvement, however not that much, sadly. Hope there is more in the future, this game needs serious performance improvements.
Until 1946 yes definitely. But from 1946 I and my AI “players” had a lot of units in the field. Then you will notice the slowness or lag as some people will call it.

Can't fix title cause it keeps saying it has ''spam like content''
I'm curious, what did you try to put there that triggered the spam filter?
 
I would wish, that the Spy Map Mode would only be enabled, once you have either the Spytab or the appropiate Map view active. I personally find it anoying, that it allways stays open after opening the Tab, if i want to do something with my Spys i open the appropiate Map view (Like the Navy or Airforce [Imagine the Airforce Map Mode would allways open if you change Production of Planes and it stays open]).

that is a larger issue, the port of Antwerp wasn't in game for a few years... there is also ports missing in Pakistan etc. I mean I understand it with some countries if all German ports were implemented the German coast would be all ports except in the East.
