Hello Generals!

I’ve managed to escape the frontlines of Social Media to bring you this dispatch from our Comrades on the Dev Team. I bring tidings of great hope, with reinvigorated pride and national sentiment - Thats right, a full list of the new Tags and Formables!

This is pretty devastating for the RP community. We finally have all the tools to Balkanize the USSR east of the Arkhangelsk-Astrakhan line but are still denied any eastern Reichkommisariats other than Ostland and Ukraine. We really believed this dlc would be the moment we AT LEAST got RK Moskowien and RK Kaukasus. Please I BEG the devs, please add this. It’s such a quick fix that people in the community have been hoping for for so long. Pleaaaaase

He's right. What about the Reichskommissariats? Eastern europe is why Hitler started the war in the first place and was Germany's goal. You guys haven't talked about that at all. The Nazi's wanted to create a superstate, if i'm not mistaken, by annexing everything all the way up to the A-A line or the Ural mountains. When are you going to implement this in Barbarossa? The Nazi's had more Reichskommissariats planned than just the two we currently have.

But what about Galicia and Pomerania? When is Rhineland? And why not add some state that would connect the Idel-Ural republics with Kazakhstan? Why not add the highlighted Urals, Novgorod, Arkhangelsk, Muscovy, Lapland, Novorossia (south-west of Ukraine)?

Don't forget RK Don-Wolga, RK Turkestan, and RK Ural

We need new Reichskommissariats. I don't know how much we want to see Altai and Vladivostok as separate tags, but we all want new RKS and fix the existing ones

Respectfully, why would RK's be added as tags now? Like this feels like the wrong spot to vent considering this is about releasables in the SU, not some update to the german focus tree. Also, why would they even be tags with cores from the game start?

It has always been part of armenia in Hoi4, and south ossetia probably felt like too small of a state or fell out of favour because of time crunching.

Forgive me if I'm ignorant, but if you made a collaboration government with any of the new tags... Wouldnt they work essentially the same way.

I'm pretty big on RP myself when I play so I can see where I would headcannon this myself but *shrug*

No, because of how they work with collab government considering only "primary" core territory, you can only make one collab goverment for the whole SOV tag cores. So you can't make Ukraine collab without making collab for the whole Soviet Union

These being only available for Poland is going to leave some weird holes if the Soviets splinter. Of course the corridor thing it has going past the Urals is already pretty weird.

Touche okay, I understand the difference now. I can't promise anything but understanding what the community wants is part of the job so I'll bring it up

One more thing about RKs is that even if we could form collabs for "bottom tags" (which wouldn't be the best strat though) historical RK were nothing like tag borders and collabs wouldn't look like them
