I hope so! That'd be really awesome if they were finally able to do it!

What makes you think that?

The red panda face, probably. They're from China.

I think I would rather if they added more depth and provinces (about twice as many as they already have) in Persia and India rather than them making a new playable Chinese region.

I don't disagree, but there's no reason they can't do both.

Alongside China, I'd love to see an Indonesia/Southeast Asia focused expansion. It was a really interesting region at the time!

Thanks for the massive game that is Crusader Kings 2, and thanks for the equally massive DLC that Holy Fury was. I look forward to what the new year brings.

We are not quite ready to talk about the next year but when we are you will be the first to know. We will now present something with no further comment.

Pandas are a symbol of China, but they're black-and-white; so obviously they're hinting at an economic overhaul wherein a bankrupt China will be a major problem for the economy.
(Bankrupt China = in the red = red panda)
