Asking since didn't see it in the patch notes.

Is Court Size a must have for Ironman? It would feel pretty constricting to have to play with it. Could be on by default if you want, but turning it off shouldn't turn off achivements.

Turning the court size limit off using the game rule will not affect the Ironman status

Sorry if this was already answered but if I turn off court size does game rules default to the pre-patch mechanic? What I mean is, court getting cleaned up automatically by killing less important courtiers via "poor health".

The health malus has been removed and will not be added back by turning the court size rule off.

Are there any plans in the future to look at possibly removing the fertility malus as well? At least for dynasty members, if nothing else?

I don't know actually.
I wasn't the one who did the changes to the health malus but I know that for some reason, it wasn't as easy as just removing the fertility malus from the player's courtiers. My guess is that removing it has some nasty side effect(s).

(Any news on the non-bastards not getting their father's stats bug?
"I sure hope I'm a cuckold so my heirs get decent stats" is not something I'd expect my medieval character to say...
On the other hand, it does give you even better reasons to sleep around if you are a Queen "Sorry hon, but for the good of the succession and the realm itself I just *gotta* bang that strong, attractive, genius Count next door")

We have looked into it a bit and might have a solution.

I can't say that anyone hasn't read it, but we're currently very focused on the patching we're doing right now.

What about the fertility malus?

I talked a bit about that on the previous page.
The short answer is that it stays for both both player and AI courts.
