Going by the CK2 wiki, Wonders/Great Works were first teased on 19-02-15 and the patch was released on 19-04-02, which is ~7 weeks.

I wonder how much work a hypothetical 935 bookmark would take. World can't have changed too much all over in one year; perhaps a mod could do it fairly easily.

It would be great to have an interesting, diverse India, but I fear that will never happen... A shame really when there are so many interesting sects and tribes in medieval India.

@Snow Crystal I have a slight concern when looking at the AAR. In the decision to split Germany into all the separate 'tribes' you see Swabia, Thuringia, Franconia, Bavaria, and Saxony all gain independence. Why not Frisia? If you're going with splitting the kingdom into the separate tribal identities, then surely Frisia would still have their identity, as they were conquered shortly before the Saxons.

Frisia already is a de jure kingdom separate from Germany in all existing start dates and judging by the screenshot of the de jure kingdoms map in the third part of the AAR the 936 start date will be no exception.
