There are no specific fortress mechanics apart from their unique upgrades.

The lighthouse is there from the start to reflect that it historically lasted into the 14th century.

Hopefully the number of wonders available per county will eventually go up in the future then, because I'd still love to restore the Library!

Wonders are owned by the top liege of the realm, regardless of who holds the individual province.

I guess that means vassal kings won't be able to build their own wonders

No its locked behind certain requirements.

The phrase "I will do a burial...." is a bit clumsy...

Maybe change to something like "I will arrange a burial" or "I will arrange for [CharName] to be buried"

Or even something more flowery like

"I will commit [CharName] to the earth in a ceremony that will resonate through the ages..."

Wonderful! I love the addition of mausoleums, I've always wanted something more impactful and meaningful to honour the passing of my more successful and memorable rulers. Is there variety in the art style of wonders, or do all cultures share the same image?

No new achievements. Would have been fun but we don't have the time.

Some of them are not on the map. So no.

All of the locations of the seven wonders of the world are on the map though.
2 are in modern day Greece, 2 in Turkey, 2 in Egypt and one in Iraq (although the existence and the location of the hanging gardens was never confirmed or discovered)
Or am I missing something?
