Can you consider making research more like HoI3 where you can work on several things simultaneously, or at least a slider where you can dedicate a % of your research pool to pure research and a % to special projects?

Hmm, aliens tunneling towards us? Does it sound like when you fry something? If so, we'd better send in sergeant Zim!

But rare artifacts... besides what do you have to lose? Only some valuable Armour....
It's not about the loot it's about not suffering the alien to live.

Did anyone else notice 'precursors' in the situation log? Does this mean there are brutes and elites too?! I can free the graunts and make them my own slaves!!

Love love love the situation log. Sounds like PDS's best attempt yet to corral events/chains together. The disaster system in EU4 felt like a tacked-on solution.

Question for devs. Was there any tech or features from Runemaster that carried over to Stellaris? The "Situation Report" seems like the kind of feature we'd normally see in an RPG. And I just made the connection that both Stellaris and Runemaster have randomized maps.

Please make this goddamn comet from eu4 one of the special research projects so we can finally know why is appears close to Earth so often (it's very mysterious) and why does it hate us.

Bonus points if at the ending of the project we'd be able to comment results with one of eu4 comet quotes.
