Reds breack train? What you say?
I am saying attacking forces stop attacking and take the train from point A to point B on the line, destroying organisation.

It kills the game.

If they can't attack because the have run out of supply they should sit still or try to escape by foot if they are at risk of being enveloped.

In real life, Soviet troops were held in pockets everywhere. They didn't go to the train station for the next train to Moscow because there were no trains. There were not even any functioning rails.

And on the rare occasion that there was a train, right by the front it would often make for a really convenient way for a Stuka pilot to kill hundreds of men with a single bomb.

I think he's talking about the shuffling of divisions back and forth on the eastern front.

I really do wish there were limitations to how many divisions you could strat-move at the same time, both globally and, say, per state. I'm not sure if I want it to be like naval transport, where you have a limited number of convoys, but maybe, say, a formula based on the infrastructure of each state, like "1 division for each infrastructure level".

The one that leaps out to me as most interesting is most likely the Portugese China achievement. Does "All Chinese States" include Hong Kong and Guangzhouwan?
Currently, yes it does so it's vital to try and nab those provinces in the peace deal with France and England if you can. ;)

Does the portugese-chinese collaboration government get cores on all of china? Does the collaboration government get the same warlord focus tree as the other ones?
They do indeed gain cores on all of China! So, your Macau-based Chinese government will be able to throw Portugal's hat into the ring of the many nations down there claiming to be China. Last I checked though, they just get the base focus tree.

That is so awesome! I'm so excited for this DLC. Not only the great new espionage system, but all the cool stuff we can do! I don't even know where to start? Play the spanish civil war? Play the new France? Go for portugese china? Try out germany and how the playstyle is different, with the new resistance mechanics, or maybe be the Spymaster Great Britain?
So much I'm so hyped for.

Any chance you can give them via event the warlord tree?

Well, since this is an Espionage DLC, and Boost Ideology is now part of the Espionage system...

Did they show how Boost Ideology works now? Does it rely on RNG or Operative skill is the sole factor? Questions abound.

Well, the key point must be that Germans cannot make use of strategic movement in the Sovietunion & the Sovietunion cannot make use of strategic movement anywhere west of the Eastern border with Poland.

This is just simple mechanics. Rail gauge is different. It needs to be fixed before strategic moment can be used, but the game leaves this aspect out completely.

Oh no... The flashbacks from the old "Battlecry" and "Awake and Angry" achievements are returning...
Well, maybe I'm exaggerating, Portugal does start with a base in Europe after all...

This is nice though! Creates some interesting scenarios!
I think the base focus tree is fine, giving them the warlord tree can cause complications.
Btw, does HK also get cores like Macau?

The Warlord tree is kinda built around the idea of being independent and having the ability to politically meddle with China and the PRC. The Warlord tree would require a significant rework to really function for a Portuguese puppet to a point where it's just easier to have them use the generic tree.

Can Britain and France set up their own governments in China with the Port cities that they own?

Good point.

That would be consistent with the Macau design.

Consistent design rules...there could be a whole thread dedicated to ways to make the design rules consistent.

What about giving them the regular republic of China tree instead?
