If you choose Francoist / Military (unaligned), restore the monarchy and choose not to form the Latin bloc, can Portugal unify with Spain as with the Carlists?

No unification with Portugal, other than an alliance, is possible in the Francoist branch.

If you choose Francoist / Military (Unaligned) and join the allies, does the UK return Gibraltar to Spain or do they think about it or what do they do?

Returning Gibraltar is entirely up to the UK, as it's part of their Decolonization branch. The only way to secure Gibraltar from the Spanish side is to seize it by force, however.

but did you changed the resources in Spain?

There are decisions to increase resource production in Spain, mainly accessible via the Autarky branch Many of these increase Tungsten.

Btw what happens with Paquito if you don't go with him? Execution?

He'll be a Republican general, but he won't have any political influence on that side - mainly because of reasons you'll see next week.
