Sorry about missing the vote today, i came down with a bad case of the flu overnight.

Is this some sort of veiled insult?

It's more like slander... and I'm never going to get over the first time we played WW... where you as a wolf contacted the last possible enemy wolf because he promised to give you contact to a dead sorc... and in your contact with him got yourself killed and nearly dragged me down with you...

I do not forget these things!

EDIT: Of course that might have been Heimdall... I forgot...

What game was this? I don't remember ever being in contact with the opposite pack, I just ignore them until the JL is dead..

You voted to kill the other guy, which saved Antracer's life... then two of the people who tried to kill Antracer are dead and the third you're trying to kill now???

Jeez... your only defence is that no wolf would be that stupid... but I've met some stupid wolves in my time (euroo7) and I don't know you yet... so I think it's safe to assume you're a stupid wolf.

VOTE MARTY99
I voted to kill the other guy because ties on the first day are generally a stupid thing, it was honestly a coin toss between Ant and J.Pass
Yes, your right, no wolf would be that stupid, they would never change their vote so close to the deadline as they knew if they weren't lynched the next day then they'd be scanned for sure, call me a stupid villager if you like.
As stated previously, the vote for Kathnar was mostly random, the only reason for it is that wolves never vote together, they would hide with villagers to maintain their credibility.
And btw, you coming out and saying I'm almost certainly a wolf on the first day seems pretty strange to me, if I am a wolf you'd be hunted the next day for sure, as my theroetical packmates might think you were the seer, or the best bet anyway, I'm sure a vet like you would know this, so the only possible reason for saying I'm a wolf would be if you knew you would survive the night, hence I'm a villager, or your a wolf, or both

Vote marty.
We have little to no info. Therefore, follow my philosophy.

On further review it was Van Helsings Retirement party... and what had actually happened is Heimdall subbed in for an inactive wolf and immediately contacted the enemy wolf who was the last one in his pack and was going to try and set up some kind of anti-JL before he died (he had already been outed)... the problem being he was the last of his pack and the sorc was dead... so there was absolutely nothing to gain.

Heimdall contacted this wolf anyway...

EUROO7, you were that wolf...

So... that's why I got pissed off at Heimdall... I just hate you on principle, not for any particular reason... :p

Note that I didn't say you are almost certainly a wolf... I simply don't know how you play the game, and I agree with a statement AOK once made. "Never underestimate the stupidity of players"

You voted to save a guy, you vote against someone who tried to kill that guy... and you come up with an argument defending that guy... seems like a lot of protection to give someone seeing as how it's only Day 2.

Shaky evidence, but what the hell, you're a perfectly good Day 2 lynch target... and it's your own damn fault. I wouldn't have even noticed anything if you hadn't gone ahead and, immediately after the update, tried to make arguments defending the person you had just saved with your vote...

(As a side note what happens if we're both villagers? The seer might decide to scan me and the wolves might not eat me because I'm a possible scapegoat for them...

or wait... maybe the wolves eat me because the seer would scan me...

but maybe the seer won't scan me because he predicts the wolves will eat me...

or maybe the wolves will realize the seer won't scan me so they decide to guess for the seer, who I couldn't be...

or maybe I'm the seer and am using this as a ruse to not be noticed because no seer acts this way... and maybe I scan you because there's no way the wolves would make a connection between me and you because I tried to get you lynched...

or maybe the wolves see through this cunning plan and eat me because I'm being a daring seer...

or maybe I'm looking into things too much)

Good job joeb, you win the world record for most uses of "..." in one post.

Also, I'm currently reading over the game you mentioned to remember what that was all about.

...

Thank you...
:p

(It's a bad habit of mine that I had managed to fight off, but is coming back with a vengence. Sorry, I'll try to stop doing that.)

And how exactly was I supposed to know who 'Clarice' was?

*Note the improper use of the word, just like he did four posts above.

@ joeb: Oh no, don't stop, that's how you always write your posts, it would make you seem wolfish if you stopped now. :p

EUROO7, you were that wolf...

I remember now. That was a fiasco. :eek:o

EDIT: Also found this little gem, for those who have not had contact with me (No not that kind you sicko)

You just suffered your first case of EUR007 confusion.

Most players experience it at least once every game. Usual side effects include loss of constructive thinking skills, addiction to Werewolf, flame wars, endless arguments, and loss of the game.

The mental effects usually wear off upon the revealing of EUR007 role to the general population. Psychological effects are, however, permanent.

Awww, I feel special, hunted on the first day, I always wanted to be like the_hdk....

I agree I don't want to just turn the bandwagon back onto antracer, even if I don't agree we should just rule him out for now. Other than that not much to go on still.

Vote Kathnar. Just to throw a new name out there.

And how exactly was I supposed to know who 'Clarice' was?

I figured everyone who arrived before I did knew about that name. Sorry. I don't even know how he got it. I just saw him be called that several times in the social group and several times in various games.

Dang typo Nazis.
