Well when I invent a time machine and start messing around with history, I'll make sure to put it on my to-do list to get whatever silly little nation decided that a fish was a good thing to put on a flag to pick colours for it that don't clash horribly...

It wasa flag with a fish under the tag "DAU", no idea what that is if it isn't Dauphine, but I don't recall Dauphine having a fish flag...
I just checked the files and they do. Its the quartered flag with the top left and bottom right being the French flag, and the top right and bottom left being that blue and red fish.
Ahh yeah I just checked myself, now I know why I didn't recognise it; The flag's not quartered for the avatar, its just a single panel with the fish in it.
