Will think some more on trade goods. In the meantime here is Germania.

Not anymore, after all some of those changes are so that the Chatti & Cherusci can hope to last at least the first five years, sadly now the Cherusci are always conquered by the Chatti. Could let Mattiaci and Hermunduri be barbarian, but leaning towards keeping it as it is.

And here is Illyria and Pannonia. Taurunum was added a while ago, but simply did not get a screenshot at the time. Will try to see if there is any part of the map I can do some more, but it seems that I can upload this very soon. Have to add migration decisions for a few of the new provinces though so that they can be migrated to.

Nice. :) When you upload it, is it going to be for 2.2 or the 2.31 beta patch?

Uploaded 1.6 of this mod. It is for 2.2

Changes
- Changed a number of provinces and added some new ones
- New countries added: Athens, Byzantion, Palmyra, Rhegion, Mamertines, Pictones, Turdetani, Iceni, Trinovantes, Brigantes

Your mod is no longer little... you know that, don't you? :D

Now that you mention it, I think that you are right. :p

Athens you say..?

nice.

The first country added thanks to new provinces (although some of the new countries could have made it earlier since they don't rely on new provinces, like the Pictones).

#1 How do you install your mod?
#2 Im not sure if I installed it right. It seems everyone stuck in a peace treaty LOL until 6.1.1 and the date is 750..

1#. The simple way is unzipping into [Your Rome folder]/mod. Or unzip somewhere else and move the lofmod folder and the file lofmod.mod into the [Your Rome folder]/mod folder. Nothing should be overwritten (except if one already have an earlier version of this mod)

2#. It seems something went wrong there, as that is not how it should be...

Good news! I just checked if Lofman 1.6 is compatible with the 2.31 beta patch. And it seems to work well, played about 7 years, the only small issue I saw was that the arrows for troop movements always showed somewhere completely different than where you acctually were moving your troops. But you always got your troops where you wanted them. So it seems playing Lofman 1.6 with the 2.31 beta patch won't present too many issues. Remember though, (as Lofman probably will point out) that Lofman's mod is meant for 2.2.

Crazy

The crazy thing about the game and all these mods is that none of them do anything about the foreign people showing up inside of your character assignment. i mean seriously you end up with a greek as a consul. you dont give him titles then the senate continues to try to assign him a job. you ignore the senate then you have a populist problem.

I can't say that I've had that problem. The only foreigners I've seen in my nation are characters seeking assylum.

Havent seen it? Those that seek asylum get recommended for positions if you choose not to accept the senate decision then the fallout is the populist gains additional support.

Which is why I usually accept the Senate's guidance. The character usually has an ambition to hold that position and will gain more loyalty if you give it to him.

And Yet

And yet you still seem to miss the historical accuracy of it. A greek as consul of the roman republic and this is ok?

Europa Universalis Rome Vae Victis
I have played Vanilla 2.1
I have played Vanilla 2.2
I have played Lofmod
I have played Total Conquest - (If the trials were 100% then it wouldnt be a problem ;)-
I have played Improved Map Project

All of the above can have Consuls who were from other nations born in the republic from lands taken or came to the republic thru asylum....

then they have the audacity to marry a proper roman woman without my control, then have inbred children and become leaders of the republic! citizens i understand.. consuls NEVER... leaders of a party NEVER... governors UNHEARDOF?? NEVER or at the VERRRRY least unlikely.. atleast not thru the origins of the republic, and RARE during empire.. towards the end.. late empire they i can see where they would accept anything they can get LOL

It is inaccurate, but EU Rome is not big on historical accuracy, it's just one of those things we have to live with unfortunately.
