Posted this in main a few other people seem to have noticed it dont know if it has been reported.
it seemed alot of the nations run out of oil too quickly, I have been goofing around loading games as different countries and it seems the big killer may be the synthetic materials plants. The ai always keeps productions at maximum so when germany invades a few countries it has a few of these plants sitting around gobbling up incredible amounts of oil even if it has material on hand and no oil. Without oil no air force or mechanized armies. Doesn't kill the allies as much since they tend not to invade people too much.
Also interesting in a few games I have played USA has managed to bomb italy and vichy france into 0 IC so they were not ablo to make supplies and their troops just get wiped off by very small armies. Strategic bombardments may be a little bit overblown there should be a cap on how low you factories can be bombed too.
