Yep, what he said. "May" always means that it is voluntary and optional. The "cannot be chained" is to prevent Tyrol from spamming repair cards at Hangar Deck to fix all the Vipers (although since the Hangar Deck ability is printed on the board, it doesn't count for Tyrol's ability and thus the specification might be unnecessary as there is no way to move between locations between the actions).

Loyalty cards haven't been dealt out yet, I will announce that. I need to finish an essay tonight but I can start work on this after that.

Am I part of the Final Five? :D

It's ok. I was just joking. GM's in WW-Lite often only PM the wolves, so many people use a joke (or lure) by saying "has the game started yet, I didn't get a PM" :)

I'm sending skill cards and loyalty cards to everyone who has stated what they want to draw (except Cain who will get a full starting hand). Ellen draws 2 Politics 1 Leadership.

Edit: I've sent everything except Cain and Tyrol. I need draw preferences for both, since Cain while getting the full 5 card draw, gets to pick between 2 LDR 3 TCT or 2 TCT 3 LDR.

Couple of questions:
Does Tigh get a choice on reducing the difficulty of the AQ location? That difficulty reduction happens no matter who activates the location?

The language is pretty clear there. You may choose to reduce the difficulty whenever any player activates the Admiral's Quarters.

What does "Cannot be chained" mean?

If as Tyrol you use a Repair card to get an extra action, then use that extra action to use another Repair card, you do not get a second extra action.

Edit: Slow Galle is slow.

Either you are a human and being disruptive for your own side, or you're being a Cylon and harming your own side by giving yourself away. Please restrict to your actions and the sharing of information limited to what the rules stipulate. Every player except the Cylon Leader is a human player at the moment, but of course any one of the can be a cylon. This is the baseline. It is possible for there to be 2, 1 or no hidden cylons in the beginning.

I believe only Tyrol's hand hasn't been sent so I'm going to start the game rolling.

Remember, preloading is your friend. Things like Starbuck's once-a-game are perfect for it. Send me some kind of triggers you want to use for an action. Also try to announce well in advance before your turn what you want to draw on your turn if you have to choose in your skillset (this applies to Cavil, Cain, Starbuck, Cain) as waiting for this delayed the last game by at least a week in total.

Investigative Committees, Scientific Researchers, etc. - for now the policy is that you can play them mid-check but people who have already played them can change what they play. This has potential for screwing some plays up so I'm open to suggestions to make this go smoothly.

Once again, Strat Planning - by default a 24 hour prompt unless I deem the roll sufficiently pointless (like Viper attack rolls) or the person whose turn it i or who triggered the roll wants to bypass the prompt.

Secrecy rules, stick to them! Don't tell anyone what your specific cards are. You are only allowed to communicate vaguely whether you can help with a check, etc. "I have an Executive Order" is not acceptable.

What do you mean by that? Pegasus's status is similar to Colonial One's. There are no space zones around it. It exists in a vacuum. It can be moved to and from by the discard of a skill card, and it has locations you can activate. I merely added the picture for artsiness.

Anyway, that's really odd about the order - I wrote the randomization down to my excel sheet. Then I copied it to the post earlier, except it somehow got screwed up in places (probably because I was doing a lot of things simultaneously). Unless no one objects I'll go with the one in the Turn 1 post because I've already sent Cain a full hand of cards.

If anyone can aid a Strategic Planning, that would be nice, as it reduces the chance of damaging Pegasus, and increases the chance of damaging the Basestar

Btw, In my turn, I will launch in a viper. Just so you know already.

You need to pick which sector you are launching to.

And prompting for Strategic Planning, since the CIC can kill civilians and everything.

It will depend, if the raiders have had a turn before it's my turn, they will have moved to Bravo or further, in which case I'd rather launch in Echo and move to defend the Civilians. If they have not had a turn before my turn, I will launch in Foxtrot so I can move to them. I hope someone in command will send the unmanned vipers with me.

You should really PM this kind of thing because you are essentially committing to an action publicly before your turn (to a stronger degree than "I will do this", since you're issuing it as a preload to me). So please PM these kinds of things next time, thanks. :)

Will do. I figured it was ok, because we tend to discuss this kind of things during our turns, so we can operate as a unified crew.

This was merely the discussing part of it. If I were to change my actions during my actual turn, I would PM this to you, or announce it publicly during my turn.

To be clear: I am not committing to anything, just a feeble attempt to move a board game discussion to a forum ;)

If noone objects, then:

Tumtetum.

I use the CIC and shoot the basestar. Lets see how kind the dice are.
No objections, just miss.

ALSO PEOPLE WE NEED TO CORRECT OUR IDENTITIES FROM LAST GAME. :)
