Not really. However, I'll be busy for next two weeks, and after that I'll start with map tweaking. What are plans for the map? Where do you want provinces to be added and where to be removed?

Just now I remembered a province needed tweaking. Königsberg is it, needs to be split into Kaliningrad and Elbing (Elbląg in Polish). Many provinces in ex-USSR also need renaming, e.g. Leningrad -> St. Petersburg, Kalinin -> Tver, Stalingrad -> Volgograd etc.

Well I'm afraid it _is_ a problem. Not everybody can afford dl-ing 400 MB file

For me, it'll take 6-8 hours to finish dl-ing with ~20 KB/s dl speed

From the screenshots, I can tell that I like the overall gfx style. However, great part is IMO taken from the MDS, isn't it? As Hax (YW mod leader) once said, we need everything different than it was
