Many Crashed to desktop (1.04 and previous)

Hello all ,


Two bug reports :

First and the most annoying is the crashed to desktop. Randomly.
I have tow PCs : one with 1.02 original version and other with 1.04 and they crash when they want ... :wacko:

The second is when playing germany in a 1936 scenario, I accepted the Vichy France event . And then ... nothing. Vichy was not a puppet , they dont give me military access, I cant rebase my vessels on theirs ports and so on ...

So I was forced to Declare war ...

I think that when the vichy france event is accepted, Vichy France does not become a puppet (although that is contrary to the real history), they just keep southern France territories and colony provinces. Later, when allies launch Operation Torch, vichy joins the axis.

but this is a minor bug for me
