Silly paradox. 
There are quite a bunch of localization errors when it comes to political parties. I was playing as the Netherlands and noticed that the anarcho-liberal party is the "Anti-revolutionaire partij". That is quite silly. The ARP is, as the name implies, against revolutionary ideas and can't be liberal. They are reactionary. The Dutch reactionary party is the "Nationalist partij". That is incorrect Dutch. It should be "Nationalistische partij". However it is spelled though, there never was a nationalist party in the Netherlands.
Anyway, I suppose this will be fixed in a patch sooner or later. They're just small details. I modded the files for now. Vicky II remains an awesome game.
