After some digging through the standing orders and results, it turns out that my queries were a moot point. BADDIES WIN. You may now reveal yourselves.

GM Analysis: Game was too imbalanced in favor of baddies; whether because of line-up or because of bad breaks, I can't tell. Too much killing ability for them too, I realize, the choice of either hunter or brutal should have been enough. I'm working on the notebook so I can't give you the role/trait list and scan orders right now.

Sorry for hemming and hawing for a bit of time on this one. The Sorc had a standing order system and I had to use it to determine who he was scanning nightly.

I suppose we get a real update later (with a role trait list) ?

In the morning. It's 1:30 AM here and I'm freezing to death with a fever after getting rained upon for the last half-week.

The ghosts may now commence on guessing who the five wolves, cultist and sorc are.

Let them just out themselves.

I'm a villager :)

EDIT: Seems I was correct in assuming they made an attempt at parity last night.

I'm the guardian angel and member of the JL which wasn't able to scan a baddie.

Then how did you meet up with the priest?

EDIT: Misread 'scan a baddie' for 'scan at all'. :p

Then who was the leader? Or was that a carefully placed lie ;)

I'm a werewolf leader (and also the JL spokesperson for today :eek:o)

That would be me.

All belonging to the same pack ?

Yes. 4 original wolves, 1 cultist, 1 turn wolf. If sorc isn't in contact, then he doesn't count for the baddies (which explains my quandary earlier; turns out that his ping order tonight was for the Cultist. thus making him count towards parity)

6 of 21 baddies at the start. a bit above the 25% for a one-pack game. :( in fact it's nearer to the 33% of a two-pack game.

I suppose that explains the game enough until later.

The priest scanned me (possible in this game, please read the rules ;))

There was a leader involved. I took the risk of contacting him, but he cooperated so good that I considered him a member of the JL too.
(I'm sure he will tell more himself).

And we considered LS to be a goodie.

I am curious what others think about this now. If the sorc hadn't found the cultist it would have been 6 baddies, 6 goodies and 1 sorc. The sorc doesn't count for parity before he makes contact, but as I said in my PM I don't think he should count as a goodie either. I think the baddies had parity even if the sorc doesn't find the cultist.

Hey I knew that :p That's why I edited.

Not necessarily. There's 6 baddies who are connected and know eachother. They find themselves in a village with 13 people, and they know they can kill 2 players each. Since the sorcerer isn't guaranteed to be in the game they can't know if the 13th player will rise up and kill them all (through some magical means ;)) or join them.

I the games I host the baddies don't need to be in contact to count for parity. I know some GMs require that but then they usually state that in the rules.

In case there is a requirement for contact to count for parity then I agree the lone sorcerer/cultists shouldn't count as goodies.

EDIT: Lord_D makes a good point. Maybe they should count as goodies because of parity really is about "raising up and overwhelming all opposition".

Nope, that was just a backup plan that got out of hand. Our werewolf hunter was afraid he was going to get lynched that day and I promised to leadersave him if he used his hunter ability that night - so I could blame saving him on being contacted be a hunter. He didn't get lynched, I didn't have to save him but the shot got fired anyway.

Rules said:
After only one pack remains, all baddies (werewolves, all cultists, sorcerers, and sorc. apprentices) are counted towards parity.

So yeah, they had parity no matter what. And a reference to apprentices! There's more of them in other places, which is why I also sorta assumed they were in.

Well it would appear you still would have won. You had a potential strike at parity and didn't realise it. Shame on you! :p

We were 99% sure there was no sorcerer. :eek:o I wonder who he was.

Zombie.png

The thistle of the zombi wants to know which it drove out and why. Appears like waste, seen it was at the same time non-même round.

The thistle of the zombi wants to point out all that it once again indeed was. The thistle of the zombi appeared always well jusqu' otherwise.

My guess for the other wolves/cultist :
Slinky, White Daimon, Steed, EUROO7, (jensthemens or humancalculator)

Sorcerer : jerard

Probably I'm completely wrong.

Seeing as johho already admitted be being a wolf.

Yes you are. :D

But I'm pretty sure EUROO7 is a part as well. How else could he still be a live?
