what are all these "cooperation agreements".. mostly i'm seeing them concerning the USA, but i actually got one for Germany and it looked like it said Germany likes itself so it got more stuff...

HUH? so like how come the USA gets like 10 of these freebee gifts of rares, metals and the like and Germany can only get one? discrimination hahahahahaha

I already look in the USA event folder to find them but i didn't see them there.

Democracy's much more giving then stingy Facsist or National Socialist. I dont know answer here exactly just know that ya UK and USA get lots of freebies but in the end I get to take those freebies away permanently!;)

Yeah, I know what u mean lol.

Actually in my matest game, i've gotten about 8 of those for Germany and it's just now time for "Danzig or War" to happen.

I'm so hoping that this time the polish armed forces are more like they were historically. But, this game SURE does have a tremendous amount of new events. I really liked when the USA revolted and teh USA broke up into like 5 new countries, then the Brits and French had to go restore teh USA. They only got back the southern states but it really was neat to watch it go on by the AI's.
 
first i dont know whats going on with the cooperation events either, but as i played nat china, i saw it.
minor country get this events first. so as nat china i got "cooperation agreement with germany"
but then germany get the same event as a result,
and not, for example "cooperation agreement with china"
its a bit confusing and i hope this will be fixed
i think it was made to save some time and use it for important events
