Iron Cross looks really awesome and I have the STEAM version of Arsenal of Democracy. However, I can't find Iron Cross anywhere on STEAM. In fact this forum doesn't appear to have any information on where to get this add-on pack in general.

I will probably buy Darkest Hour once it's released so if there is no STEAM version of Iron Cross then I could get around that I guess by buying Darkest Hour and then Iron Cross somewhere else, but even then I don't understand why there should be no STEAM version of Iron Cross, I mean all of the other Paradox Games are on STEAM including Arsenal of Democracy, why not Iron Cross?

:(

You don't need to get the Steam version of IC in order to install it over AoD. Just copy the AoD game files and paste them outside of the steam folders, and install it on that new non-steam install.

Does that actually work? I have read threads made by people who claim that they had nothing but problems with using IC with the STEAM version of AoD. Can you confirm this is true?

Also, I heard that IC is a GamersGate only? If true that that could be a large turn off for me, since I have had nothing but problems with GamersGate. I used it to download Victoria 2 and for some reason both my PC and my laptop refuse to allow GamersGate to access my C drive and thus I can't install any games on neither of my computers with GamersGate. I just get a error message that says something about "access being denied". :(

EDIT: This guy appears to suffer from the same problem, though I am not 100% sure it if is the same one: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=112456

That isn't a Steam problem, that's a Vista problem.

And putting GamersGate or Impulse downloads over Steam versions of EU3 have never been a problem, so I'm assuming it works for AoD and IC as well.

Still doesn't change the fact that GamersGate works like a turd on both my PC and on my laptop and refues to work, giving me nothing but errors.
