1 more q: possible to add way to cede provs to whoever emperor? (if not already true)

like: command = { type = cedeprovince which = HRE value = 380 } - this mean u transfer province to whoever is HRE at time,instead of just Austria like in EU2

I say HRE because it is flag/tag of empire,HEI is actual state in game

possibles???

The AI is much better at exploration than it was in EU2. I don't think I've ever studied the Philippines in particular, though, so I can't give a definite answer on that.

Just use which = -6 and it should work fine. -6 for the Emperor works in any command that takes a "which = <tag>" clause.
