Now that's an odd vote if I've ever seen one. Why no reasoned logic of why she is suspicious? Why break your own rules?

However, she's been very open in discussing the game with me so far. If she's a wolf she's playing it very well. Normally she clams up a bit if she has a role.

Me neither. When dirkje came upstairs and told us how Adamus sat on 6 votes I was very surprised.
There wasn't much I could do about it at that point though.

Kaetje and k-59 were both making sure they weren't getting lynched. Dirkje .. I don't know what she was up to. She more or less voted that way for the lulz, I believe. But that doesn't make her a less likely wolf.

2. Lynching the seer before he even got a scan off. Yes, it's sad, but it's also immensely stupid and deserves to be laughed at. Yes, that means I was laughing at myself as well.
This game is doomed before it's even started. That's why I was laughing. It's just funny.

Also, I think Dirkje is a wolf. She knew the game had started before Randy or me told her about it. So most likely she was informed of the game having started by PM, because I doubt she was watching the thread. She's not that much of a troll.

Well, she is partially right. You are still quite new, but you have built yourself a reputation. Some people say it, some people hunt or lynch you. You must have noticed this. You have the potential to be very good in this game, and certainly is always good to have players who are vocal, but you need to take it easy. Accept that you're not always right, and other people have much more experience on this forum, and it will get better. This is a very forgiving forum, and any reputation can be lost (even a reputation for always being a wolf), but you need to work for it.
In dungeons and dragons we would say: so that's hugh meta-gaming! Yes, i knew the game started before you did, but that's only because you have a newborn baby, and therefore have to spend time feeding and nursing, and less time looking at the forum, so the chance of me looking before you did was not that surprising.

A troll is internet talk for someone who tries to provoke others into angry outbursts for fun, usually by posting insulting things on internet forums.
The derivative "forum trolling" means that someone spends a lot of time on forums. Apparently, Kaetje has been losing the ".. posting insulting things" bit of meaning from that particular context

I am usually trying something new. The last few big games I have tried some new stuff... PM'ing. It is ironic that the first few times I did it I contacted four wolves while a villager. This last time I was the wolf. I just get tired of being left out of loops there in those games.

forum trolling probably gets its name from fishing. When in a boat, you can troll to catch fish (using a trolling motor of all things).
I once had the fortune to "stalk" a troller to her home forums after she had gone to a site I frequented and insulted several fantasy authors there. She kept bragging to her friends there she had "hooked a big one" after she got an author all riled up and a flame war erupted between the author and herself.
