For Wallonia, I thought that, if Flemish seperatist declare their independence then Belgium would be Walloon state. So, I think there is no need to create Wallonia. Because, the seperatists are not the Walloons but the Flemish.
Is there any seperatist movements which aims for independent Catalonia in Spain ?
Kosovo, Kurdistan, Dagestan are included. Baluchistan is also good idea. For Lombardia, is there any significant seperatist movement in Northern Italy ?
Yes, there are many independetist movements and political parties in Catalonia

Some advise: If you want to put the main events leading to war around 2012-2013, I suggest the mod starts at 2010. Playing 10 years+ in peacetime isn't really something that can be made fun, no matter how much effort you put into the mod. HoI and it's derivatives simply isn't made for peacetime, with low emphasis on economic management and diplomacy.

hi, killerrabbit, I will make 2012 hard deadline for World War III. It will be possible to start a global war well before this date if player fulfills necessarry conditions. For example, I will make it possible to start WW3 after Georgian War. But these could only be done by the player, AI will always follow historical path until player creates alternative outcomes. Furthermore, I think that with IC map, proxy wars will be much more plausible.

There is AoD version of MDS 1.6. The guy in charge of project released a beta version, it is not very stable but you can give it a try

Really IC over AOD the only HOI2 spinoff i don't have is AOD any plans for IC over DH maybe also i remeber a US event to impeach Bush will more be made concerning Obama and his successors.
Porting the mod to DH would require huge amount of adjustment work. I also don't want to use DH map because it is very WW2-based map. In addition,in my opinion, AoD features are better than DH, so I prefer to use AoD as a base.
I understand I probably will end up getting AOD anyway hope this project works out.
You can base the mod on DH and still use MDS map!
I strongly suggest you to do that as DH will become the standard HOI game for years to come. It is still 1.0 and has a huge room for improvement. But moving then will be even harder.
Fernando, I have to make an initial release for AoD over IC, but then I may convert it to DH over IC as well.
Guys, I added Nauru, South Ossetia and Abkhazia. That's enough I think. I am almost done with OOBs and ideas distribution. Then, I will adjust infra and IC values for Iron Cross map.
