North America & The Caribbean has now been released

USA:s Federal States will be available in the next separate release.
As for Mexico's federal states, I will not release them. Why? Because they're boring, all their flags are just the coat of arms with a white background. I may reconsider this however if there's a demand for them.
 
Just a tiny nitpick:

What if you put the list in the 1st post in "code" or "spoiler" tag? It's really huge. :)

May I ask why did you make the flags for the regions? It's seems to me that it's uneeded.

Well I meant that no-one is really going to make a new nation with the regions unless they are going for a entirely new map like have Europe as the world map.
 
Did you also include the Philippines as well, because it seems like you didn't.
