I can report I have the same problem. Lion here as well. Maybe this is a Lion only issue and they didn't set the compatibility flags properly for the steam download.

What's the purpose of this Tech support forum if no one from CIM reads it?
We've bought an extension several days ago that we're not able to play and it's still available to be purchased as if everything was fine. But I suppose that as long as the money piles up, you don't give a damn about 10% of your customers not being able to enjoy the DLC they bought.

I sent emails about the issue to both Steam and Paradox's tech support a few days ago but am still waiting on a reply.
Same problem with my Mac - really annoying to say the least. Anyone heard back from support?

i totally agree, but this it true for techsupport also. seems very weird to me that they just all disappeared without a word.

I bought "Cities in Motion Complete" at Steam. But i never got this DLC at my Mac.
I have the newest version of Steam, and no updates to the game are available. Running on Snow Leopard.
My solutions was sadly to get the "stationpack01.gs" from other sources.

Did the package you bought definitely include the Metro Stations DLC? Only the "Cities in Motion Collection" package currently displayed on Steam doesn't include it.
"Cities in Motion Complete" or "Cities in Motion Collection" as it is actually called, does not include Metro Stations DLC. http://store.steampowered.com/sub/8467/
