Liberating / Releasing a Nation or Puppet Nation

I was playing Brazil and conquered a neighboring nation. I received the message that their nation "Ceased to Exist"

I was wondering if there was a way to re-create the fallen nation as a satellite/proxy nation. I want to have a lot of little buddies like the USSR has.

Hi, we were working on this option but it didn't make it in the final cut from our list of features. Perhaps we'll sneak it into an update. No promises though.

I Think u should defnantly make an update with the option to 'liberate' or 'colonise' a country as for example i invaded Yoguslavia with USSR and i had to keep it... this wouldnt happen in real life i think

plus i think we should be able to grant colonies independence and they should be able to revolt if you do not, like the african wars for independence
