Is it just me, or does Sengoku seem a lot more of a multiplayer game for Paradox? The singleplayer is kinda boring, way too short and kinda threadbare in terms of content, time frame and scope (and why the victory condition, really?
should allow the game to last for longer if you manage to become shogun, with everyone else still trying to screw you over, just supposedly under your jurisidiction) and not all that great if I'm honest.
But, multiplayer? Oh god yes. All start off as part of a single clan (Uesugi is generally the best) and backstab each other into little pieces whilst you all try to pull off your own business. Certain design decisions screw this over (ninja clans are an example, we should have them on beck and call, really, instead of having to set up your captain etc), but it's still fun as hell.
So, what do you guys think? Is it more of a singleplayer or multiplayer game?
