Deadline, Day/Night 1:
17 GMs gather around the fire, each and every one of whom have done something wrong. Throughout the day, stories are shared of failures. Some take their failures lightly, others are ashamed of them.
As night approaches, the bonfire begins to burn weakly. It is clear that the bonfire demands sacrifice. Human sacrifice. Voting is generally light-hearted, but, in the end, two must die to keep the others from freezing to death.
As you throw the body of Boris into the fire, it burns a bright orange colour and in an instant you all feel warmer. What a way to go for a failed GM.
But as you throw Lord Strange into the flame it begins to sizzle and nearly goes out. You remove the body quickly and the bonfire once again burns brightly. Clearly there was something wrong with him.
You all go to bed, content that no werewolves were attempting to eat you. But when you wake up in the morning, you find trespoe the failed GM a few dozen feet from the bonfire, frozen into a block of ice. He couldn't have done this to himself. Someone must have dragged him away from the fire. There are infiltrators among the failed GMs...
