Vote reis91

Because bandwagon!!!

Coherence maybe? If I had done anything, you would point out what I previously said and accuse me of incoherence. I must recognize that I missed the deadline, though, got caught up watching TV. Feel free to check if I was posting, although it won't help you.

Now, Bagricula, well, he was in the running so he had the self-preservation excuse. I must give this some thought, before committing my heavier-than-usual vote.

@ Boris: Read what I said on day 1. If you still want to lynch me then, go ahead and try.

Coherence? So you didn't do something that would have been useful for the village, because you had actively opposed doing that thing that was useful for the village? Is that the only real reason you did it? Wolves' primary concern is to appear consistent. Everyone else's primary concern is catching wolves. How about you try and catch some wolves?

How was I supposed to know it would be disastrous? AFAIK there could be wolves in there. Why would I save them?

Not that having one more villager die fits my definition of disastrous, by the way...

Would you like us to play one hundred games in a row TIEing people on the first day before it sinks in that a TIE on the first day is the most likely to see two villagers caught, the most likely to see them die without it netting us any information, and the most likely to see the seer get killed (he doesn't have a JL working to protect him)?

Plenty of people have been telling you it would be disastrous. You could have realized it would be disastrous by listening to their arguments. For hundreds of games we have stuck to the format "lynch one person a day". Unless you have some seriously brilliant theory, which you can definitively prove, and then show us examples of, you should stick to that format.

We can use ties. We just need to ensure they are made of wolves, and that task is made more difficult when each and every villager takes into his own hands to save someone, while having no data on said someone that makes him less likely a wolf than another guy.

These are the kinds of posts that make it impossible for me to take you seriously. "We just need to ensure they are made of wolves" is the kind of statement that has no relevance to actually analyzing the game. Have you ever considered that no villagers here are taking it into their hands to save someone, and that we're just trying to avoid TIEs and bring up the people we find the most suspicious? YOU take it into your own hands, and try to save people you don't know. EVERYBODY ELSE analyzes and votes and tries to lynch the person they think is a wolf.

Listen to Vainglory, he argues my points better than I can.

At the end of the day, reis91 is like tamius23 was. tamius23 seems like he might actually be learning his lesson and playing better. I somehow doubt reis91 will ever stop being a liability for the village.

VOTE REIS91

And I'm really sorry I don't have anything more useful or original to say.

(5) Reis91 - Boris ze Spider (192), EUROO7 (198), Randakar (201), Joebthegreat (202), Jopi (208)

(2) Bagricula - Taiisatai64 (190), Vainglory (212)

(1) Marty99 - Reis91 (200)

Vote Bagricula

Huge wagon forming. Need another contender. FTR I think Bagricula is an obvious candidate, and I hesitated to vote him on that basis. Obvious targets are usually not wolves. But we need another contender and Bagricula deserves a lynch for his fail anyway.

You mean "He's a bad candidate but hey I'm perfectly happy with the village stringing up more nonwolves here" don't you, packmate?
Or is it "I need to put up some resistance to prevent my packmate reis from swinging?" :p
(Though honestly, any packmate of reis' would probably be sitting safe and sound right on top of reis right now ..)

*pushes the baddie hat back into place*

Can't really argue with Vainglory's and joeb's arguments. I used the word "destructive" yesterday to describe reis' ideas, and turns out that they've been exactly that already.

But reis is way ahead and I really have no idea of his role since, as strange as it is, he might really think he was doing something smart from a villager perspective. So let's look at Bagricula. Obviously, for survival purposes it would have been logical to put snoop further ahead, but instead he creates a tie of two villagers. Seeing his defense re: that, it makes me wonder if it's believable that someone 1) knows they're among the front runners, but at the same time 2) doesn't know what the votecount is and proceeds to make his move without finding out? Granted, there hadn't been a proper votecount in a while, but if that's the truth it's very much "mailing it in" in such a precarious situation, especially since he admittedly knew he was in danger. So,

Vote Bagricula

For now.

Okay, let me see...

Bagricula created the TIE out of ignorance or wolfishness.

Reis did nothing to prevent it, despite being the last one to post before deadline.

I was asleep.

Randy is still doing his baddie thing.

Jopi made it 5-1

So it's between reis, Bag, Jopi and randy(my vote, not the current situation). I find it suspicious how easily reis got a four vote lead. This doesn't clear him, although I doubt the wolves would try such a gambit. Then again, with such a huge lead, now Bag is getting votes and reis is likely to avoid the noose.

Vote randakar

For now, I'll leave my vote on him. Whether or not he is a wolf, this kind of playing is just unfair to all the noobs and bad players who have been lynched for it. It's like making fun of the retarded.

Actually, if I'm making fun of anyone with this, it's myself.
Make of that what you will.

So I was trying to find a picture of a sad yak to represent my current opinion of this village.

After getting through a Google hurdle that wanted to make sure I didn't need a sad cat instead, I found myself on http://yakpics.com... Although the one sad yak they advertised wasn't sad enough, I did assume such a site would be of great use to our GM in all further games.

That's even worse than "Kim Jong-il looking at things" I stumbled over in the OT (ouch)

What do you mean "even worse"? That's one fantastic site.
