Will the province capturing be done via a percentage like Vicky 2 or more like eu3?

This is Napoleonic wars...provinces will be captured rather fast, unless they have a city with a well-defended fortress (not everywhere)....then control will be more or less stable depending on the areas...for instance, keeping control of a province in Spain without troops while the guerrilas are rampaging around won't be that easy...

Good to hear this :). In 'classic' AGEOD games all units could be placed in structures/fortifications/cities as a garrison. Is this a function in NC II, or will it be more abstracted a la EU3?(garrisons based on castle wall level)

I like this, like hoi3 and the partisans.

I hope we can tie the supply lines into those provinces with the major forts, makes keeping and holding them more important.

We shall also have depot logistics in play..; we are streamlining it now...

I was wondering if you were going to represent the depots of the era, a very important thing during the time frame, can't wait to see how its modeled.

Oh, I've just noticed you were talking about this here... I made my statement in trade/logistic thread ;)
