The Kingdom of Bulgaria will remain neutral in this conflict between Central Powers and Entente.
The Dominion of Canada declares it's full confidence and acknowledgement of British administration, and it's control of Canadian foreign policy. This will, and does, include the capability of the British Government to dedicate the King's Dominion to war or peace. As such, we offer no formal comment on the developing situation in Europe.
The Canadian Dominion Goverment also declares it's intention and desire to establish formal links with fellow American nations, regardless of which hemisphere they lie in. We also applaud the pioneering efforts of the peaceful alliance of trading nations, and would invite these nations, as visitors or merchants, to cross the Atlantic and trade freely in Canada.

OOC: Well it seems that we have a pretty standard scenario so far. About the orders; if this game lasts until lets say 1944, will we get a larger number of orders available? I imagine it would be pretty hard for, lets say if everything goes accordingly to history, for Germany to conduct the operation of U-boats, the Air Force, and manage two or three separate fronts with just 8 orders available per 6 months.

OOC: I suppose it depends on granularity. I expect we'll probably have to deal with "commander initiative" on a local level and restrict ourselves to broad-range strategic guidance with those order limits.
