I ported the localisations from the lowland mods file in 2.3(had kept it as it own, previously but at this point I had edited the area so heavily that I risked making dual localisations) and apparently forgot to add Leige when I moved the files(Its best to keep that duchy as it is since Liege was the only one that actually vassalied the other counites). I also just noticed that the barrony in Riga that Nuril mentioned, is still lacking a localisation. Will put a fix out in an hour.

Thanks! I understand, though (sorry a bit nitpicky) IIRC Liege did indeed vassalize Loon, but Namur had dynastic unions with (among others) nearby Hainaut and Luxembourg.

Im really glad that you have done all the holdings, it cuts the time I have to spend makeing the new provinces down with 30-40%
 
New version has been uploaded(version 2.32)

Changelog:

Shift the COA of Rheinfranken(now the pre 1.06 COA of Franconia)and the stemduchy of Franconia(the new COA of Franconia)
Fixes missing localisiations for the barrony of Tuaida and the Duchy of Liege.
Adds EREs right to revoke duchies free of cost(I forgot to add it, when updating for 1.06:blush:)
Adds de jure kingdom of Volga Bulgaria, Qara Khnid, Alania(scope is only the Duchy as it was in reallife) and the two new muslim empires(I don't like them to be honest, I belive that the muslim Empires should be the Cahlpihates, but im not reworking the muslim world any time soon so this will have to do until then.) The Aarabian empire is only Arabia and Egypt.

As a warning, some coat of arms (flags) seem to be missing, since France now has the flag of Flanders and England uses Northumbria. Aargau uses the coat of arms of Bern, Schwyz those of Aargau etc.

BTW I can't find a k_franconia file, but there is a d_franconia file. Although truth be told, I find the new red and white variant prettier (but there are perhaps other versions).

edit - the version I have, hasn't got any issues(I also cheked before uploading, so im a bit surpirsed that it should give problems), I will try and download the new version and see if their is any problem with the download.

You did find the problem, I put the flag in the wrong folder(my own vanilla, hence I couldn't see the problem when testing) so its the one thats missing. Uploading a fixed version atm.

I know that it is extremely unlikely that Azzo possessed this land, so I would prefer to see it in the hands of Ernst I of Austria. He probably did not possess all of it, but I think giving the whole area to Bohemia is more inaccurate.

Things look a lot better after this update. :)

Messed up COA is the things I dread the most, I don't like to think of the hours I have spend trying to nail down a rogue COA.
 
Not sure if this have already been reported, but some areas are linked incorrect. Moment from Rügen to mainland Europe goes via Africa, and some sea area between Sweden and Finland have strange travel path.

1: Any chance that the Norrland duchy could return as a part of the de jure Kingdom of Sweden in these upcoming updates? It just looks very weird as a part of Finland.

2: Perhaps the de jure kingdom of Gardariki should be renamed Ruthenia like in the latest update of the default game? Or perhaps simply Kiev? Doesn't make sense using the Old Norse name in this period.

3: Perhaps Perm, Cumania and Khwarezm could also be included as de jure kingdoms like in the latest update of the default game?

No it hasn't, I forgot to change the adjencies, will fix at once(if I have to keep on patching at this rate I might as well ditch lawschool and seek a job at PI:rolleyes:). New update(hopefully the final for this time around) will be up in 15 minutes

I will start looking at the setup tomorrow and hopefully have a beta ready in 2 days time. While we are at it, is there a particular way I should look when makeing COA for the new provinces? The accesible amount varies imensly depending on the area(ERE in general is very tricky) and I could fear that it might be a bit hard to get hold of historic ones.

1. A lot of things will happen to Sweden in the next propper update, so you might end up with somthing even better:p(all the rest of Scandinaiva will be redrawn, Im a bit unsure about what I will do about Finland but I hope to get that done to)

2. Ruthenia defiantly not, the only problem I have with Kievian Rus is that its a bit generic, and its a later invented term(like Byzantine empire). Ruriks kin would at least have understood Gardariki, but their could be a slavic form that would suit the period better(I just havn't any idea what it is)

3: Perm no, the other two might.
