The following is a transcript from the official document wired to all attending members of the Emergency Assembly. The message was not wired to Minister Vinicio Stabile, but was shown to him during his arrest. His response was reportedly incredulity.

Recently it has come to my attention that the Emergency Assembly is not as pure of heart and conviction as I had hoped. There is foul, anti-nationalist corruption present here. An anonymous compilation of factual, verifiable evidence has been given to me presenting a case against one of you, and I have been contacted by the Almeidan Intelligence Service confirming that there is possibly further corruption within the Assembly.
The man known as Vinicio Stabile, once a trusted adviser and personal friend of the Great Patriot, Doge Carboni, is hereby indicted for crimes of Political Corruption, Subverting the Justice of the Republic, Anti-Patriotic and Anti-Nationalistic Beliefs, High Treason, and Espionage.
In light of this revelation, I have made the decision to change the function of the Emergency Assembly. There shall be an investigation, conducted by the intelligence services, but there shall also be an internal investigation, conducted by the members of the Emergency Assembly. You are each to compile evidence against whoever you may suspect of corruption, and together, we shall root out this unpatriotic scum once and for all.
