How to give an ally convoys?

I often have this need.
Especially when releasing puppets, but happens to some majors after events, too.

I have seen Italian units dying in Sardinia after ww2.

Now I just liberated mailand France as UK in 1944, capital is Paris again and all the French units in Africa are dying out of supplies.

Also, for some reason, though Mainland Belgium is free the capital is still Leopoldville.
I tried to revolt both Leopoldville and Batavia so that capitals return to Europe.

After militia recaptures the provinces capital is back to the colonies.

I am only at war with Japs and their allies.
now I wonder how to give France 500 convoys and Netherlands another 100 via f12.
tried "transports FRA" and some combinations of it but it is me who gets the convoys.
Any ideas?

Load the savegame with the country (FRA or BEL or NED), pause the game, F12, transports. Save

Edit the savegame

In the next beta will fix the problem with the fra,bel,ned capital

Well, sometimes AI messes up my own OOB giving orders and reorganizing units, I was hoping to avoid this.

How exactly can I do this? Sounds interesting and feasible.
