What. That map must be at least a decade out of date. Austria Hungary no longer exists and the Ottoman Empire no longer holds that area of Europe. Russia is now run by Bolsheviks and is in the midst of a horrific civil war a good reason to support the Ukrainian People's republic to prevent this chaos destroying the Ukraine utterly.
