I don't recall what game it was, but I am sure that the exact same thing happened to Jopi in one of the first few turns in a past game. Poor Jopi, CIC does not like him at all.

Yeah, I remember that happening. I would try to find it, but I have other stuff to do.

If I'm correct, the Viper should have not been damaged as the attack roll is made with -2 after an EM is played, so the modified roll of 4 didn't hit.

The -2 modifier only applies when it is a manned viper, the one that got damaged was an unmanned one.
