Going by SotS 1 it will indeed never be "finished", but that is a *good* thing! That one they tweaked and improved constantly over a few years time.
ya.. i would prefer they speed up the menu transitions 100times before saying all clear... 3.2ghz and i litteraly wait 25seconds or more between menu transitioning.. so.. whatever
Ummm, that sounds kind of crazy, I haven't had transitions like that in ages. A couple of patches ago the repair screen gave me a bit of grief starting around the 200 turn mark, but that was more like 5-10 secs. What're your specs and what turn are you on?
I've been wanting this game to be "right" for a long time. Thinking I'll buy it now. Is the manual going to be updated or is it relatively accurate?
:/ I don't have any such problems... Started a new tarkas gae and i'm around turn 100, both menu and turn times are quite fast. As Myrrdin asked what are your specs and did you start a new game?
The most people which complained so far about lag, dont even had the minimum requirements... I wouldn`t be surprised if this is the case here again.
