What do I do with basestar #2? Do I leave it where it is? Move it into bravo or charlie? Or does the whole sector 2 move into echo?

Basestar gets moved off the board, and placed were it normally would be when Gal arrives. In this case, Bravo as you can't place both.
Let me take a wild guess here, it's something with FAIL: -1 morale.
Just a reminder I will start Season 19 towards Ionian Nebula at the conclusion of this game. I will do some initial setup so we can start as soon as this game finishes, last chance to speak up if any of you hate Ionian Nebula and wanted something else.

1: What should we do over the Xmas-New Year period? Should we pause the game entirely or just try out best to move along as much as possible? (Of course all the time limits will be waived during that period)

Helena Cain: Her OPG may NOT be used if she is picked after sleeper phase, with random executions going on via trauma tokens her OPG is ridiculously overpowered if she is picked after sleeper phase.
Loyalty deck: They will be built using the basegame rules, hence there WILL be 1 cylon (in a 4 player game) or 2 cylons (in a 5/6 player game) after sleeper phase.
Software used: I will use the Deck Manager EL sent me for normal game play and a software called vassal is used to handle the extra mechanics regarding Ionian Nebula.

No can do, I think this is it. Unless someone has Scientific Research. The last 7 crises have targeted morale. And most of them have been POL/LEA or LEA/TAC. A support character is totally useless on NC.
