To be honest, anarcho-stalinism is basically stalinism as it happened in the Soviet Union, but with an attempt to actually flesh out and implement a path towards the Marxist/Communist 'withering away of the state' once you've reached a certain level of state-capitalist/state socialist development i.e. this deviates from actual Soviet history at the point just where Stalin started purging dedicated party members, and from there into a different ideology.
