I will keep my vote on Sedracus. This is basically a no-win situation.
We either kill the JL spokesperson (real or not) or the seer (real or not).

No, if we kill Pope we either kill a cultist that has been appointed JL spokesperson - incredibly large win for the village, since we also don't kill the seer. Or we kill a legit JL spokesperson, after which we have a Falc and a jpr to lynch. Still win.
Option two is that we kill someone (jpr) who is either a random cultist (small win) or we kill someone who is the seer - big loss.

Seers are boring. As a villager I'd prefer a challenge. More seriously, I'm inclined not to automatically believe his claim to start with, although it probably is true.
