Good job by Cliges, but he was next on my hunt list BTW.....

I had to scan you. If you were good, I wanted you on my side. If you were a wolf, I wanted you outed! It's that weird persuasiveness you have.

Weird luck though on getting wolves 2 nights in a row and randomly picking two who happened to be goodies to start a JL- with both of them surviving until the end.

Good Game, even if I was destined to die quickly!

And here's a second person incompetent enough to not hunt tonkatoy the JL spokesman :p Shall we tie them?

I don't count euro, because euro.

It's a black day for the werewolves when lynches are successfully conducted based on the apparent competence of the wolves.

Me and euro lured the wolves in with that suspicious Post, and the rest is history.

Fine I admit it, it was only luck that I accidently typed hunt, instead of lynch, then I recieved a pm from cliges saying JPR was a villager and not to vote him, and so i decided to Vote Xarkan. Bentley was on and Euro highlighted my mistake and prob saw it as a way to get rid of the JL mouthpiece, and so he voted for me, i guess luck and having a good seer was the defining factor of this game.

I take that as a huge compliment Euro. I don't think I am ready to GM a big yet. The bookkeeping for a lite is easy. For a big? I think I will play a few first.

Perhaps a co-GMing opportunity will present itself in the near future.

Wolves will always have an Achilles' heel when it comes to casting doubt on the JL. They always gopher it. The noobs and inexperienced anyway.

It also probably helped that I accidentally outed myself early on by a PM mistake....

I don't know what you were trying but I was loving it. :D

I had meant to send those PM's to Xarkan, but mis read your name next to that PM that said Dear Packmate while I was at work. The rest was just me having fun with it after realizing my utter stupidity. Then towards the end of the game I just didn't care anymore because we'd already blown it.

Oh.

I thought that was playful banter. Now I'm sad.

You're certainly not the first wolf to make that mistake. :p

When was the last time a village victory had this many players remaining?

and the Xarkan-Bentley thing was (at least at the start) more luck than wisdom as well.

Luck? ;)

Nice job on keeping the tie, though.

Yeah, Cliges did a great job. In case aybody was wondering. I used random.org to assign rolls. I figured it would be too obvious if I picked rolls.

random.org is standard practise for roles, especially so in Lite. In Bigs there is a tiny bit of scope for giving players who get hunted a lot blessed etc to encourage less biased play, but you have to be really careful about it. Better to go full random until you've got some experience.

Anyways, you did fine. Some games just end up steam rollers like this. It's why the standard setup needs the possibility of an early seer hunt with no apprentice, to balance this opposite case. Ideally there'd be a way to have luck unable to topple it either way.

*ahem*

Kiwi singlehandedly won this game and I think he never gets enough credit for his competence.

Seriously though. I post in the thread why voting Tonka is foolish, as was not hunting him... and both wolves then vote him?

Oh euro. You're making me spout false modesty.

That is fixed with my apologies. I forgot to remove BB from my master list.

I voted him because at that point it didn't matter anyway. The JL was too strong and I had already outed myself. It was delaying the inevitable really.
