2- Type your nickname and press enter
3- Once you are in, type "/join #Falloutgame" , but without the quotation marks.
4- I would also recommend joining the WiR main channel, as there are lt of players there, so you can also type "/join #WiR_Main" and "/join #WiR_Alt1901"

Brotherhood requests a permission to fly one airship over Caesar's territory. There won't be any military personel on board, it's strictly a diplomatic mission.
 
Brotherhood´s planes will fly over the Vault, for tecnichal and experimental purposes. We are her destination, and we can assure you, Caesor, they haven´t any military intent. The Overseer is a friend of progress and science, so, we have allowed the Brotherhood´s scientists and technicians to practice in our land, far away from the war and other disasters.

The Manitou Nation offers it's condolences to those displaced by the fighting in Wisconsin. The(presumed) late King Gammorin sought to bridge the divide between Humans and Mutants in a peaceful way. Unfortunately some of humanities champions could not accept that old foes may be born again as new friends.

Be it known that before his(apparent) death I had offered to receive refugees from his lands who wished to avoid being caught up in the fighting. That offer still stands. All survivors of good heart and peaceful intent are invited to journey to the Manitou lands where we will do our best to help them resettle.

I'm also waiting for Legion to confirm permission to fly over their territory, he said that on IRC, I could just fly over there without asking but I want to do it propely as it's a peaceful mission))
 
If you didnt then you werent supposed to. Brotherhood doesnt make mistakes.
 



Mr Robert House, Hero of New Vegas and Savior of Mankind, has crushed the puny troops of the NCR and the Hoover Dam is ours.
