The Werewolf players were still excited for the new game, yet when things wouldn't really get off the ground it became obvious that People who keep getting invites yet never show up were putting the fun at risk.
One of the True Werewolf players was especially impatient and didn't feel like playing anymore. Though truth be told, his state of permanent confusion might have played a part in the curious decision.

I've played Werewolf in person a couple times and Mafia a bit online (the WarCraft 3 version). I've never played either over a forum before, though.
