Ok Snoop, why didn't you contact naughty? I would like to understand your thought process there.

Simply that more people know who I am, more likely I get lynched. Seers are given away all the time by the actions of players who know their roles. Tbh, I thought about it on my last day as I really thought I was not long for this world, but just didn't out of laziness inactivity. As I told Marty via PM at the time, I really overestimated the village, and didn't think there was much chance of your lynch happening. That was one terrible lynching.

Had I know you did not contact him, I would have via PM as your representative before you died. I also would have outed rascar to him via pm to provide credibility. I can understand keeping your id secret. Maybe let me know next time?

Seriously, very strange move by the seer, very strange. Why not have a strong JL? Also citizen you were bcced because I did not want you to get any funny ideas and switch to me at the last minute.....

The village overcomes the wolves by getting information. It's one thing not to post the JL's identities publicly, to deny information to the wolves; quite another to not privately share information.

That lynching was exactly what should be expected. An under pressure player pulls what looks like an obvious stunt to avoid getting lynched, and the one player who can back him up was out of the loop. It's not even the worst outcome I've seen; as I said in the first Meso game I lynched the seer after someone claimed he'd scanned me, and he didn't reply to any of my PMs asking if it was legit.

I said Videofan was a wolf, Got Hunted, Euro Said Videofan was a wolf, got hunted, did anyone else notice that?

Videonfan tended to freak out a lot whenever he was run up. Last-minute changes to hunt orders weren't uncommon. :p

Oh well, for a wolf pack whose members played a grand total of about 10 games in total, I'd say we weren't all that bad.

Atleast I didn't get hunted at day 2,like the normal thing when I'm playing a wolf :p

You guys played a good game, and I was just wondering if anyone else saw it or not.

In most lites wolves rarely get hunted, still if it's a common occurrence then you did well this time.
I meant lynched :p
As for the Somberg pm,If I didn't include him I feared that they would suspect him by me not putting him.But by putting him I feared that you would suspect him because I put him in my suspects list.I shouldn't have changed my post :p
I was going to say to Citizen in my "analysis" that I thought of snoopdog as a seer, but that would have been a pretty obvious Crovaxia snip.

Your work pleases me, Sombrero.

I think you're on your way to inventing the Crovaxian snipe. You also called snipe votes, snoop votes, so that would eventually lead us to Crovaxian snoops I like these developments.
We need innovation :p
Oh,and it is called Crovaxian slip. But I like snoopvoting and I will use it in the future instead of votesniping :p

as I said in the first Meso game I lynched the seer after someone claimed he'd scanned me, and he didn't reply to any of my PMs asking if it was legit.

in the first Meso game I lynched the...

first Meso game
Meso game

I don't know what that is. Your argument is invalid.

By the way, as for auto-lynching eidur, I deemed it necessary, as only someone who was online that day would know Nautilu had been outed as a scanned villager, and therefore he would be 90% cleared by virtue of having missed a vote. Therefore, the only fair solution I thought was to remove him from the game - having someone alive on the last day who is cleared by literally doing nothing isn't tolerable. It was unfortunate as he was only half an hour late. I regretted having to do it but it was necessary.

Interestingly, though, this didn't change the number of days necessary for parity. So if he had lived, he might not have voted for Somberg and could have actually helped him.

Who's GMing next?

I'd actually love to, but I'd might be moving down south quite soon, and I don't know if any of the roving motorcycle bands that control Ireland have a laptop down there, much less an internet connection, so I can't commit yet.

Lite. With two packs. Who both hunt every night. And know each other's identity.

Terribly unbalanced, so we only had two of them. But the first was GMd by Bagricula, and so by default was totally worth it:

To take advice from one who lives upon
The shaking isle to south of this fair land
I fear would see the brave Macbeth reduced
To seek, as is the custom there, a bed
Within a manger; to lie among the sheep

Damnit, iambic pentameter is hard to write.

Pastoral pleasures may surely be found
In this fair land if that is what you crave;
Yet doubts remain if even animals
Would find one such as you deserving lust.

This raises to 2 the number of people on this forum who have been insulted in amateurish iambic pentameter. Already Bagricula has created a memorable game. Give me two hours to grind out a riposte, Kiwi.

If full two hours are needed for response,
One need not wonder why you fell so low
As using crude and lowly barbs unasked
On poor dear Walrus without second thought

What is the use? Naught can in this state relieve me and my troubled mind. If not even the fool has succeeded, what good is it to waste one more minute of the shining daylight trying to lighten up that which no sun can reach?

To kill or not to kill... The course is clear. The fool has failed, and like my dear Horatio he will soon be rendered lifeless, his dust sprinkled across the plains and his bare skull heaved into the limitless blue.

Look at you! Strutting and fretting as if you were some player with but an hour on the stage. 'Tis folly, I say! Are you one of those that think himself wise? Who holds still his tongue 'til such time as he makes his grave, conceited prophesy known and suffer none to gainsay him? For they are the true fools. Live! Be merry! There is pleasure enough in the company of others to make your hour worthwhile.

My father once exercised such thoughts, now he lies buried beneath dark, unforgiving stone, murdered by a kinsman. There is naught but death in this world, and all who reject it are fools indeed.

It is a dark stone indeed that he lies under if those that remember him do not seek vengeance nor happiness, and are instead content to waste away. Come, drink with me, make merry and chase the geisha girls! Then set your mind to righting the wrongs of the past. 'Tis senseless to let a second life go wasted.

Alas, poor Hamlet! I knew him, Horatio: a fellow
quite untouched by jest, of most non-discript fancy: he hath
borne none on his back though they need it; and now, how
abhorred in my imagination it is! My gorge rims at
it. Here hung those lips that have been kissed I know
not how oft. Where be your gibes now? Your
whinging? Laments? Your flashes of melanch'ly,
that were wont to set the table on a roar? Not one
now, to mock your own crying? Quite chap-fallen?
Now get you to my lady's chamber, and tell her, let
her paint an inch thick, to this favour she must
come; make her laugh at that.

Seriously. Go read that game. I'd forgotten how epic it was.

To be blunt, bite me.

Usually it's the dog biting the kiwi. I am pleased with this new state of affairs.

I miss that damned Aussie...

You keep throwing words at me like 'Lite', 'hunt', 'Bagricula'.
Interesting read though, never read it at the time, didn't know old Baggy was such a classy GM.

P.S. Vainglory was the only one who really nailed the metre properly.

Bagricula was a classy everything. I count him as the last of the Vainglory generation of players, which includes the likes of myself and Falc.

I think that was the only game he GMd though :( He had to stop playing not too long after; I think he was working in Beijing and could no longer spare the time.
