Our GM has a sassy disregard for the established conventions.

This is no holds barred, anything can happen, all bets are off.

What happened to johho's first law of werewolf?
It is now Yohho Yohhovic's first law of Werewolf and it is as valid as ever:

"There will be Blood! (and turnips - for a prize)"

But seriously, I don't think I have a law named after me but if I do please tell us what it is.

Something like: the gm always tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Either you tell us the set up, or you are breaking one of johho's laws of werewolf. That's what it means to me today at this time and in this place.

Come back when you can into logic.

Ah that. No, it's "the GM always tells the truth, he might not tell the whole truth but he never outright lies to the players".

And it's not a law. It's a principle.
